Florida Retail Group was founded in early 2012 by Brian Platock and Sally Lee. Natives of Jacksonville with over 20 years of Real Estate experience each, they decided to open their own boutique Real Estate firm specializing in Tenant Representation for National and Regional Retail Tenants. Charlie Colyer joined Florida Retail Group in 2013 and he and Brian currently run and operate the business.
Florida Retail Group covers all major markets in North Florida and South Georgia. Florida Retail Group was founded on the principles of delivering the best possible results for their clients by demonstrating an unrivaled local market knowledge, utilizing the latest technologies in demographic and mapping capabilities, and demonstrating a deep understanding of their client’s needs, along with a strong desire to have their clients open the most successful locations possible.
